2. Sizing and cooling system
a-Using water film lubrication and cooling system of water circulation type
b-To ensure the diameter and roundness stability in high-speed production of thick-walled tube.
3. PLC system
PVC pipe production line are controlled by the PLC to programmable settings with good user interface.
4. Touch screen
a-All parameters can be set and displayed through the touch screen.
b-Extruder can be equipped with special markers to produce pipes with national standards with color markers. |
